Sydney A. Mayers 1907 - 2007

Sydney A. Mayers has passed away, having just reached his hundredth birthday. A treasure of the Georgist movement, Sydney taught at the Henry George School for decades, served as the President of the Heny George School, and as President of the Henry George Institute. Sydney was a witty, effective writer and speaker and delighted in helping students to develop those skills.

He is survived by his wife, Wallis. Memorial services will be held at Campbell's Funeral Home in New York, on January 2nd.
